Templeton Robinson Covid-19 Policy

Keeping our clients and staff and safe remains to be at the top of our agenda.  With the continued need to social distance, we will continue to provide our unrivalled services whilst maintaining a safe working environment.

The Guidelines we adhere to are as follows (subject to change with any new government advice).

VALUATIONS
We will arrive at the agreed time, before entering your property we will use alcohol spray on our hands which will be kept in every valuers car. We will also wear disposable gloves. On entering the property it would be good to have an initial conversation about your hopes and what your intentions are. This will be done whilst remaining at least 2 meters apart, if its sunny we can always sit outside! The valuer will carry out their valuation in the normal way of taking notes and measurements and ensuring not to touch any surfaces. Once this is complete we will have a further chat (still at a social distance) about value of your home and what marketing strategy best suits your needs. Alternatively, we can leave after we take our notes and email our thoughts to you the same day, if that is your preference. Masks will be worn at the request of any vendor.

VIEWINGS
Agent accompanied viewings
The agent will spray their hands with alcoholic spray before entering the property, the viewer will be asked to spray their hands before entering the property. Depending on the property the agent may wait outside while the viewers look round or the agent my remain in the property to be on hand for any questions but will keep 2 meter distance, only one set of viewers will be allowed to view at the same time . Viewers are asked not to touch any work tops or door handles; the agent will be on hand to do this. The agent will wipe down any work surfaces or door handles as appropriate after the viewing. Masks will be worn by staff at all viewings and we will encourage viewers to do the same.
Vendor accompanied viewings
The viewer will be asked to spray their hands before entering the property and asked not to touch works surfaces or door handles. The vendor and viewer will both adhere to the social distancing rules as directed by the public health authority. Masks should be worn by all parties.

INTERACTION WITHIN THE OFFICES
This will be kept to a minimum and only essential office visits will be encouraged. Staff within our offices will observe the appropriate social distancing requirements, offices will be regularly cleaned and staff will clean their hands before leaving and on re-entering the office.
