By using Templeton Robinson we had more viewings in the first week than we ever had. Moreover the feedback was tremendous with all viewers being telephoned the next day for their opinions, with these comments then being relayed to us. Not only that, all first viewings were conducted by your staff, only second viewings being conducted by ourselves. Also all phone calls about the property were logged and sent by email to us.
The strange thing was, all the companies were charging the same commission! All in all a fantastic service, don't try the rest, use the best.

Well-set back from the road and set amongst beautiful gardens of nearly half an acre, this handsome villa dates back to 1897. Many original features are still to the fore so "Avondale" retains a delightful warmth and character.
Offering well-proportioned accommodation spread over three floors, the house would be ideal for growing families. There is an appealing flexibility to the layout giving the purchasers (who will only be the 4th owners in its history) the potential to put their own stamp on the property.
With nearly double the frontage of neighbouring properties, the house is well-screened by lovely trees and shrubs which are just coming into bloom now. Ideal for outdoor entertaining, there is plenty of space for adults and children alike.
Superb local amenities in Ballyhackamore Village, Kings Square and Cherryvalley are all within walking distance.
Some of the province's leading schools are also close by adding to the convenience.
Rarely do such prime examples of Victorian architecture on their "original" plots come on to the market in East Belfast. Early inspection is therefore highly recommended.
