By using Templeton Robinson we had more viewings in the first week than we ever had. Moreover the feedback was tremendous with all viewers being telephoned the next day for their opinions, with these comments then being relayed to us. Not only that, all first viewings were conducted by your staff, only second viewings being conducted by ourselves. Also all phone calls about the property were logged and sent by email to us.
The strange thing was, all the companies were charging the same commission! All in all a fantastic service, don't try the rest, use the best.

Nestled in the highly sought-after residential area of East Belfast, the suburban region of Dundonald is characterised not only by its peaceful village atmosphere, but also but its tight-knit community feel.
Whether it's enjoying a fun-filled family day out at Streamvale Open Farm, ice-skating at Dundonald International Ice Bowl or hitting a ball on the lush fairways of Knock Golf Club, there's something for everyone.
Tucked away on the Gransha Road, the exclusive development of Meadow Lane is home to four detached family homes.
Designed to an impeccable standard, these new homes have the additional benefit of a private grage, and a garden to the front and rear of the property - all intended for easy, practical living.
Homeowners can also enjoy the tranquility of life on the edge of the countryside, whilst having every amenity they could possibly need just minutes away. From a variety of supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, schools and recreational facilities, Meadow Lane offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience.
What's more, the excellent public transport facilities and cycle links to Belfast city centre, this location is ideal for commuters. These new homes would be perfect for young professionals or families wishing to lay down roots in a semi-rural residential area surrounded by emerald-green countryside.
Careful attention to detail in every element of their design and construction gives these homes their distinctive look. The period-style facade will be the first thing to impress, while inside, there is ample interior space, offering modern living with a traditional touch. Each room is light, bright and spacious, reflecting the refined elegance of these exceptional homes.
